Spicy Curry Hash Browns

This Asian fusion breakfast is great with scrambled eggs or scrambled tofu.

½ teaspoon NOXX Caribbean Taste Spicy Rhythm Curry Seasoning
1 tablespoon butter
1 tablespoon chopped green onion
2 cups diced white potatoes
2 tablespoons chopped fresh cilantro
2 tablespoons minced red onion
pepper to taste
salt to taste


Melt the butter in a large skillet over medium heat; cook and stir the potatoes in the butter until browned, for about 10 minutes; add salt, pepper, and Noxx Caribbean Taste Spicy Rhythm Curry Seasoning. Add the red onion and cook until the potatoes are tender, for about 3 to 5 minutes. Reduce heat to low. Stir in the cilantro, and green onion, and cook for about 2 to 3 minutes.
