Spicy Jerk Pork Ribs
A mouth-watering Jerk Pork Ribs recipe using our Noxx Caribbean Taste Calypso Jerk Marinade and Noxx Caribbean Taste Calypso Jerk Sauce. Jerk is a Jamaican-styled barbecue – delicious.

2 tablespoons vegetable oil
2 teaspoons salt
3 tablespoons Noxx Caribbean Taste Calypso Jerk Marinade
3-4 lbs of pork baby back or loin ribs
4 tablespoons Noxx Caribbean Taste Calypso Jerk Sauce
1. Clean the ribs by removing the back membrane then with gloves,combine rub Noxx Caribbean Taste Calypso Jerk Marinade, vegetable oil and salt and rub it all over the ribs. Place the ribs and marinade in a re-sealable plastic bag, and place in the refrigerator for about 8 hours or up to 24 hours.
2. When ready to cook, preheat oven to 325°F.
3. Remove ribs from re-sealable plastic bag (keep marinade on the ribs discard any juices), and place the ribs, bone side down, on top of a wire rack set in aluminium foil lined baking tray, and roast for 2 ½ to 3 hours for spare ribs or 1 ½ to 2 hours for baby back ribs.
4. Halfway through brush Noxx Caribbean Calypso Jerk Sauce on the ribs, cover ribs with aluminium foil to protect them from drying out. Ribs should have an internal temperature of 145°F when done. 5.Allow to rest 5-10 minutes prior to cutting.
