Spicy Mango Rhythm Crepes

Yield: 14 crepes
¼ teaspoon salt
1 cup all-purpose flour
1 teaspoon LA CARIBBEAN TASTE Mango Rhythm Scotch Bonnet Hot Sauce
1 ¼ cups milk, 1% or 2%
2 tablespoons butter, melted
1.In a bowl, combine flour and salt. In a separate bowl, whisk together eggs, LA CARIBBEAN TASTE Mango Rhythm Scotch Bonnet Hot Sauce, milk and melted butter. Whisk the egg mixture into the flour mixture until smooth. Cover and refrigerate for about 1 hour. Strain mixture into a clean bowl.
2.Heat a small non-stick skillet or crepe pan over medium heat. Brush the pan with some oil.
3.Pour approximately 1/4 cup of the batter into center of pan, swirling pan to coat. Cook for about 1 minute or until bottom is a lightly golden in color. Flip and cook for 30 seconds. Transfer to plate. Repeat with the remaining batter and enjoy with your favorite sweet of savory filling.
